Privacy Policy

Manifest is operated by Glo Matrix LLC (“Manifest,” “we,” “us”), based in Statesboro, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Manifest, how we use it, and who we share it with. If you have questions, reach us at info@glomatrix.app.

Information we collect

Account and company information. When you create an account or set up a company, we collect your name, email address, company name, and your role within the company.

Driver records. Companies using Manifest store records about their drivers. These can include name, email, phone number, commercial driver license number, license state, class, and expiration, hire date, home terminal, emergency contact name and phone, and notes. If you are a driver, this information is entered and controlled by the company you work for.

Operational data. We store the operational records you enter to run your business: loads, containers, bookings, chassis, dispatches, invoices, per diem events, terminal appointments, and customer and lane records.

Location data. When a load status is updated, Manifest may record the location coordinates associated with that update. This is tied to the load event, not to continuous tracking of a person.

Marie assistant queries. When you use Marie, our built-in assistant, the text of your question and Marie’s response are processed and stored so the assistant can work and so you can review past answers. See the Marie section below for how this data is handled.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy terms.

Technical and usage data. We collect standard technical information such as log data and basic usage activity needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide and operate Manifest, run the features you use (dispatch, per diem tracking, invoicing, compliance, the Marie assistant, and others), communicate with you about your account, process payments, keep the service secure, and improve how it works.

We do not sell your information.

The Marie assistant and third-party AI processing

Marie is powered by a large language model. When you send Marie a question, the text of that question and the relevant operational context are sent to our AI provider, OpenRouter, which routes the request to Anthropic’s Claude model, in order to generate a response. This means the content of your Marie queries, which can include operational details such as container numbers, customer names, and rates, is processed by these providers.

We store the text of Marie queries and responses for up to 90 days so the assistant can function and so you can review recent activity, after which the stored query text is deleted on a regular schedule. Avoid entering information into Marie that you do not want processed by our AI providers.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers we use to run Manifest. These are:

  • Supabase provides our database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Vercel hosts the application.
  • OpenRouter and Anthropic process Marie assistant queries (see above).
  • Stripe processes payments for paid plans.

Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell information to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep information

We keep account and operational data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Marie query text is kept for up to 90 days. When you close an account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it to meet a legal or recordkeeping obligation.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and access controls designed to keep your data isolated to your company and protected in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.

Your choices

You can access and update most of your information directly in the app. If you want a copy of your data, or want it corrected or deleted, contact us at info@glomatrix.app and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are a driver, note that your records are controlled by the company you work for, so requests about that data may need to go through them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and we will let you know if the change is significant.
